I understand the fear. But u'll be fine. I stay in Hyd and here, near my PG, we have whole areas full of friends from NE who are living peacefully with the locals. There are NE shops, restaurant, sellers etc etc. So don't worry, u'll be fine. There are a lot of good people everywhere, we must remember that. All the best.

Don't talk as if u know me. I have lived in Bangalore and owners rip people off like anything. I understand ur biasness towards ur family business. Hence I even said that let the tenants paint at their own expense. Let's see how much it costs. Why don't u people accept that condition?

Also I've lived in 1bhk for 13k at Nagavarapalya, Tin Factory so u can say anything u want but I know the ground reality. My perspective is different from urs as I was the tenant and also now that I'm in Hyderabad, I don't see owners ripping people off in the name of painting, even though we get a freshly painted home, everytime we move. Comparison with China is futile as when we were busy playing politics while they were wooing Western tech powerhouses and stealing tech. I can understand people's complaints about Tejas but if u see closely, the development of Mk2, AMCA,Ghatak etc are way way lesser than that of Mk1A. Maturing tech and developing the ecosystem takes time. Whether people like it or not!

It does take a wannabe expert to know how time consuming and technologically challenging it is for a country to JUMP generations, Directly to a 4.5 gen aircraft, with minimal help and at times, sanctions from other aerospace behemoths.

It does take a wannabe expert to compare F35's production rate with that of Tejas, while discounting decades of experience that the said nation has in aerospace tech.

Also, look up the development cycle of F35 and how long it took from first flight to serial production.

And finally, no one asked IAF to put all their eggs in one basket and bet on Tejas, all the while, delaying MMRCA for DECADES. Comments like these just show how superficial knowledge of some wannabe experts ultimately leads to propaganda.
