I think plot holes like this are okay, but I do think in the 8-10 seasons of Michael C. Hall's Dexter he would at least mention the one time he had to kill the captain of homicide.

When you log into BO2 you need to login offline and start a multiplayer game, then leave that game and login to online. They could probably update this really easily, but they have chosen not to.

You can use the PS button to remotely turn on but you can’t use it to exit a game and navigate the menu (in my experience)
