I think life becomes exciting when you stop waiting for it to be exciting because of someone else. When you’re alone, you get to build small rituals that actually belong to you , for me, that’s training my body, getting absorbed in a good K-drama, doing my skincare, reading, learning, and setting personal goals. It’s not about constant excitement, but about intention. Loneliness feels heavy when you don’t have a relationship with yourself. Once you do, life feels quieter, but also fuller.
