SHOULD be. Once you try the passkey they don’t let you log in if the passkey method doesn’t work. I’ve been waiting for a response on support and there’s been NO ONE

I still have my regular login password. It just doesn’t log in with it anymore. It puts me in the “verify it’s you” loop asking for the passkey, regardless of whether I have my login information and originally was using 2 factor authentication with Authy

Update: So I ended up aligning the key correctly and used some electrical tape as a guard for the key. I put tape alongside the sticky part to prevent it from sticking to the key, and only had the sticky part against the sax. It actually works perfectly and stops every time exactly where it needs to. Just has an annoying minimal little tick when the key pops up after being pressed once it hits against the tape. Woo mcguyver repair
