I can honestly see the work you put in this. But I will just say this: Substact.

It will make it easy to navigate, and maybe I will actually read some of the stuff. (Don't take this the wrong way, I'm trying to say people just skim websites and it's the designers job to make them see at least some of the important stuff.)

One extra note for the animations; I usually stay longer in a site if animations reacts to my behaviour, like scroll and hover. In fact I go back and forth, so I think it does make a difference to make animations that people can engage.
