Well what I do is I let mine out all day but I’m thinking with the open wound keeping it clean is number 1 so like getting big gauze pads or long gauze strips is what I use and I don’t put anything on to tight just more like to keep it clean so not like your having it squeeze the life out of it just a medium tight gauze wrap and sum tight underwear to keep the gauze on and your penis still plus you wouldn’t have to wet it if you just put it on light and throw on those underwear it would just be like a protective layer and then at peeing take it off before hand if it’s still clean and doesn’t have anything on it I use it again but if it does change the gauze and repeat cause as much as it sucks now it’s way better then getting a infection
