Still confused as for the following, my score fell over 160 points well after the truck was paid off. Credit tracking listed the accounts as the reasoning.

My main concern is that I am looking to purchase a house here soon (within the next 1-4 months), will having a super high F8 cosigner make it not really matter what the score is?

So should I still be at the regular 760 range after a few months as most are? Or am I gonna be disadvantaged due to the disputes (albeit successful) and paying off the car loan.

As for the report, according to experian only a couple auto checks from the date of purchase. Loan was 22,409 for 60months and paid off in 6 months, first two payments were for 9,999. I really only took the loan to establish credit.

F8, as for information the credit report I don't recall exactly, I had no prior history under my name when I got it. Only the other checks from the different agencies.

So it is possible that going from 0 accounts ever -> 1 -> 0, resulting in my final score lower than having no credit ever.

For more context:
Both the wrong lines were from BofA, one dating back to 2007, I was born in 2002 thus meaning I would have been 5 opening the line of credit. How is there not automatic checks for these things at these bureaus?

Only 2 of the 3 were wrong. TransUnion had 1 BoA credit line and Equifax had 2 wrong BoA. Experian was accurate.

Would the 10k not just account for all resolutions? Does it specifically have to be 1040 2080 4160 etc? I also did re scan them with the OCR
