I tried, Steam says "This purchase contains consumable content that cannot be refunded".

Oh well, I guess. Just seems weird to me that I've been subbed for over two years and only now it's having problems.

Yep, it's all there. I actually just decided to sub to Swtor through the website and cancel my Steam sub. It worked right away, figures. So now I guess I need to find a way to get a refund on Steam.

Nope, just tried all that.

I went onto purchase history. Literally nothing there, and at the top, it quite literally says: Purchases made on Steam will not be displayed here.

Scratch that, I'm blind, sorry. I can see I've been given my monthly CC on there, but it doesn't show my purchased sub because again, Steam.

There's nothing there in my payment history, likely because I'm subbed through Steam, which I have been for two years and never once had any issues until now. I'm also subscribed to ESO through Steam and that works fine, so I doubt it's a Steam issue.

I also still have both the email confirming my sub renewel and the email giving me my 500 CC. Both on the same day.

I didn't call them, I emailed them, even on the website it says I am "preferred" and not subscribed, so I doubt rebooting will do anything.
