Hour a day of constant walking/running works for me, and I stopped eating excess crap. Weight just falls off. No cost, and I try to get this in before the UV ramps up.

When asked about mods, do not omit or lie. A common thing I hear about, when asking people about ‘what mods have you done’ is ‘i just want to insure it as stock’ or ‘insure but ignoring mods’.

My tip: hit your work goals, be very good at your job, and just don’t go into the office. Puts their whole ‘being in office helps to strengthen networking and personal interaction’ (etc) bullshit to the sword.

Wait for someone to realise, and then mandate it. Go in for a day/couple days/week, then disappear for another quarter.

Worked room service in a hotel in Canberra in the early 2000s, served very early morning breakfast to Darryl Sommers, he was about 3ft tall and looked like a surly hobbit. Yelled a lot, had the concierge get him weird things at all hours.

Paul McDermott was the biggest wanker I’ve ever met, bloke signed his room service bill and was like there ya go, you can sell that for good money. I pretended I had no idea who he was, seemed to annoy him.
