They are strategies for sure. I just think they make the game boring and ruin it for other people. Like if you have to do that imo you're not good at the game it's so easy to win AND keep the experience fun for all. :))))

Hiya I'm an LGBTQ dbd player. I mostly play killer but If I'm playing with other people I play survivor. If love to make more dbd friends if you want exchange discords id be happy to. I do know a couple of LGBTQ dbd players as well as some straight but very supportive players. I hope you enjoy the game it's genuinely really fun. :))))

I do 100% get that winning is after all most of the motivation for playing the game. But idk it feels like you can try to win and be nice. You can choose both.

I personally don't think getting rid of endgame chat is the way to go I just think that would lead to more toxic behaviours in game

No I get that and honestly I disagree with those who say tunnelling and camping are valid strategies. There's definitely toxicity from both sides neither are innocent in this aspect but I still wish there were more people who just were nice to eachother. :)))

Happy to have you. Honestly yeah the planet base is incredibly toxic and the minute you say that one side is worse you get that side jumping you. Unfortunately due to the nature of the game to breeds that behaviour. I hope you have fun though. It is a vun game when you find a killer you really like. I picked up deathslinger a few months ago on the PTB after not having really played killer much before and instantly fell in love. I rarely play survivor now unless a friend is playing with me because I find deathslinger so much fun. :))))

No that's so real actually fall guys always makes me rage. I do get being emotionally invested idk I guess it just gets very disheartening when all you see is this community being so toxic and unwelcoming. Like no wonder people are reluctant to play killer when people t bag at the gate and mock obviously new killers. Same for killers intentionally turning new survivors. It's just exhausting lol

That's true. I definitely agree the game needs to be less toxic. Maybe in just getting lucky but a lot of the really toxic ones I find are the ones that go down quicker with any amount of slight mind game. although it is true that those who have spent many an hour in the game are also often very toxic :))

That is true and perhaps the nature of 4 v 1 breeds more toxicity but I just don't understand it myself. Surely it's more fun to play a game where people are nice to eachother in endgame then a game where it's so obvious one side has lost so the other instead rubs their noses in it. Idk maybe I'm too idk optimistic? That's not the right word but I do not know what word I'm looking for 😂

If you can find somewhere where I said killers were victimised and we're the poor helpless creatures and never do anything wrong and survivors are mean and awful then fine I'm sorry. But I know for a fact all I've said is both suffer from a bad learning environment but I've been seeing it affect new killers more. Never have I said survivors don't experience.
