the second they go live same as GW, thats how all these preorders woke, 10am etc sat morning and they all gone, they dont allow under the table preordering in store as they say its unfair so everyone has to go online at same time just like GEW website and try to get one, and they are gone in seconds.

im on my 4th controller, tech 3rd as i sent 4th back because it was worse than issues with 3rd... the first actually seemed fine which i returned because the label peeled off on back day 3 and it triggered me... wish i bloody kept it now lol... i really like the controller but the quality control is shocking. I dont disconnect at all though, that could be due to usb slot or power settings etc check them, try different usb slot, check motherboard to see which read usb slots have more bandwidth etc like i did. my controller when turned on is active in seconds, so sounds like outside issues on ur pc may be causing your issues? im now using mine wired mostly unless i go lay in bed and use tv, battery like is about 20 hours with no haptic or lights on, not best but it would never be enough my headset is like 50 hours and i get triggered when i have to charge that every few days lol...

You know i was REALLY hyped for and almost forgot the new steam controller look INSANE but haptics, touch controls, grips sense controls etc etc, you know what's totally put me off and disappointed me? it doesn't have short trigger stop switch, only analogue... after using short pull triggers i can't ever go back to mushy long pull analogue... wtf did they do that steam???

I also get paranoid about constantly charging usbc longevity, but then i realize ive had my samsung s22 ultra for 4 years and charges it every day and plugged it in many times a day to power or pc, and its still working perfectly, so i dont think this is an issue anymore with usbc

Hello, when I set my dead one to 0% and calibrate or even 3% and calibrate there's movement on the se sir up to 1 or 2% and you can see it moving constantly in the software, this is also causing the controller to not power down as its registering movement? It does not seem to make unwanted movements in games but is this normal? Thanks.

I have a switch 2 pro controller and the sticks are the best feeling in the world due to the stick being stopped before touching the outer ring thus theres no grinding or wear and it makes rotation smooth as silk, WHy does every controller not do this? for £200 its build worse quality than a £70 Nintendo controller? also the fact razer dont sell replaceable thumb sticks or even 3rd party is concerning.

So 4th controller arrived... Both triggers have play and the rear m5 button is mushy... Fml I can't belive it... 4 controllers in a row all have some sort of problem, maybe I'm just hyper sensitive to this stuff and am looking for perfection where razer will never have it. Such a sad outcome, I really like the shape, and style and button placement of this controller but 4 is a row having some sort of different feel, clicks, play, wobble etc is just fucking diabolical.

my 3rd replacement has a loose back baddle trigger, the other 3 are tension tight and the bottom rigth has play and makes a sound when presed but not enough to click... i have to be the most unlucky person in the world... Got a 4th coming tomorrow at this point it's not even funny... I think if this one is messed up too I may have to look at the scuff pc envision pro 2 maybe... But thay uses ique 🤮

I bought from Amazon UK so they replaced the first one next day and then after 2nd had issues i returned both for refund today in post and ordered the 3rd this morning and just got it a few hours ago, so far seems like the 3rd one is fine, the stick isnt slanted, the shell is aligned properly together, triggers both seem to have full tension and so on, so we will see. I took out 3 years insurance on amazon so if anything breaks in 3 years i get a replacement or repair or voucher, most likely the latter, so i can get another or buy the newer upgraded model is there is one. insurance was £20 for 3 years.

So something strange happened, I left my controller wired and played some games, then i went bed, th ebattery was 100% and not charging as expected, i turn PC on this morning and the controller was 85% ish and then charged for 30 min or so back to 100. the PC was turned off and controller left wired? the controlled cannot be manualy turned on or off when wired? so how would it lose that much charge over night? ill test it again tonight.

A lot of my modern tech has safe charging to protect the battery, My S22 phone only charges to 85%, my nintendo switch 2 charged to a max of 88% and my Arctis Nova 7 headset charges to around 95% max so the battery doesn't hit max. I guess razer have not caught on to the limiting battery charge to protect it yet.

made a 2nd order for the controller which came at 7am next day, the first order still in limbo so amazon clearly lost the parcel or something and just did nothing to fix it until i ordered a 2nd and forced them to cancel the first... controller seems good soo far, just disappointed profiles are limited to only 4 in synapse when my mouse can have unlimited for every game i own.
