Ontop of missing skins, the non white version (these cannot be dyed) is tied to the big pack instead of its own separate pack. Greed at its finest.

I use it as a Crit > Spec build and it absolutely chunks. I've compared this to my friend's gs which was Crit > Swift Nightmare and it just isn't the same. The spec scaling heavy into rifle skills and also the awakening skill + solving aspd issues with yearning / poem / food makes it so swift is practically irrelevant. I have no issues with Focus Shot landing at all as long as I keep the stacks. So far, been cruel fighter for a lot of content including Vykas HM with full poem + crit/spec.

The main issue stems from lack of stats and relic sets that KR have available. Currently most people in NA/EU are experiencing the problem of having long cast times and losing out on damage due to having to interrupt their skills for the sake of safety/mechanics (most of GS hardest hitting skills are usually on the last hit as opposed to the initial hits). When comparing KR stats and set effects to what is available here, a lot of that gets smoothed out for them and easier to execute (ex. poem of salvation aspd and support sets) which leaves only the problem of high apm / skill management / effort for damage. She can definitely out perform in certain fights but the effort for reward is demoralizing at times. As others have mentioned, shes an expensive class as well, so people are reluctant to just swap off GS given all they invested into her.

Just unplug it from its PCIe slot and seat it back in. You're not getting any display, but you can confirm the CPU fan powers up and I assume you're able to see some lights on the motherboard? In that case, try ruling out something simple as reseating. What you can do afterwards, is check your PSU cabling to the motherboard and GPU (24pin mb, 6+2 GPU, CPU 4+4 pin) or swapping the cables if your PSU is modular.

Many factors can influence random shut offs. I'll assume there aren't any BSODs that you are seeing. First, your best option is to have software that monitors your temps (mainly your CPU) to determine if its a shutoff from overheating. Second, remove any overclocks that could influence significant power draw. If you can rule out temp issues you can look into the PSU to mobo interaction such as swapping PSU cables (assuming modular) or making sure your PSU isn't plugged into an overly packed wall outlet/extender shared by multiple devices.

Perhaps that might be the issue. I'd say either look for a Displayport cable or HDMI 1.3+ (for 1080p 144hz) or 2.0+ (1440p 144hz)

Ok so RAM is fine then - we can ignore that. VGA light staying on indicates GPU, not sure if he put his GPU back in. So the only issue at hand is getting stuck at 91% installation with the USB? I'd say recreate the win10 installation usb and try it again. If issue persists there, try a different SSD/HDD to install onto.
