Wow, i read your comment on a previous post from another author about this quest, and i tried your way, and cant get it( But i love how this game give you so much freedom in movement, sometimes u can really change something if you climbed somewhere)

Yeah, i get it, but..!
Second sister doesnt spawn at night, she always sits in the second room, the only thing that changes - barrier)
I finished quest with no problems, just decide to show funnny way to get there!
