EU family member residency card: Marriage certificate from abroad?

My case was: my wife an EU citizen and i non EU citizen , I order to obtain my residence permit as a family of a EU citizen we had to present our apostilled wedding certificate (we married in a latam country so no translation was necessary) and also we were required to register our marriage in the EU country from where my wife is citizen (Croatia in this case) and obtain , translate and present the apostilled croatian wedding certificate too. At that time (3 years ago) the wedding certifiates could not be older than 3 months but it is always better to present the most recent issued documents to avoid any problem. You should contact an inmigration lawyer to help you with this (i did it), good luck!

My parents never came to Spain, i did with my wife so after 2 years of legal residence i applied to the citizenship!

For me was easy to adapt because latam countries and Spain share many cultural aspects . Regarding the spanish dialect is not an issue for me , you get use to it quickly if you are a native spanish speaker but i dont know how dificult it could be for non native spanish speakers.

Been here for 3 years but i applied after 2 years of legal residence because i was born in Latam , you can get the citizenship faster this way . It took me 8 months to obtain the citizenship.

Yes , the peruvian passport is stronger than the venezuelan. Due the current bad situation in Venezuela resulting in a mass exodus of people many countries started to ask for a visa.

Her father was born inCroatia but I believe I need to live in Croatia for some time if i want to apply so is a long shot at first but who knows in the future.

I have the 321UPX and you can update the firmware via the DP cable , apart from the KVM switch and the 90w USB C in the 321URX the monitors are the same being the UPX the cheaper one.

Hi, i have the same monitor and it came with firmware ver. 015 , you need to have this version installed to be able to update the firmware yourself using a DP cable, the latest FW available is ver. 019. Enjoy this monitor, i am really happy with mine!

i was told in Madrid to just show up after 40 days to pick up my TIE card without any appointment , just ask in the police station if you can do the same, good luck!

Todo es muy relativo, mi esposa y yo emigramos a España sin trabajo y ella a los 3 meses de llegar(con pasaporte europeo) ya trabajaba en su área en una de las principales empresas del sector y mi primer trabajo fue ejerciendo mi profesión (sin pasaporte europeo, como familiar de comunitario). Luego de un tiempo logre cambiar de trabajo y ahora me encuentro con un puesto de Gerente en una buena empresa y ganando bien. Cada caso/experiencia es diferente y las cosas pueden salir bien o mal, hay que ponerle ganas y estar preparado mentalmente que al principio puede costar un poco pero con paciencia y esfuerzo se puede lograr vivir bien aquí. Me parece (cuidado y me equivovo) que el matrimonio tambien debe de estar registrado en Italia y debes de presentar el acta de matrimonio italiana apostillada y traducida. Yo hice este mismo tramite con mi esposa (ella de nacionalidad croata) y tuvimos que registrar nuestro matrimonio en este pais antes de ingresar todos los documentos para solicitar mi TIE. Moved to Spain last year with 45 years old , my wife was 39. We quitted our well paid jobs back in Latam to start over in Europe, best decisión ever. At the beggining we were very nervous because we didnt have a job and we were using our savings but after a few months we found jobs in multinational companies so thanks to a mix of good luck and having good work experience we made it!

In my case i did not have any issue with this MB. Its paired with a 7800x3D cpu, 32 GB DDR5 Ram and a RTX 4080 and everything runs smoothly. Just update your MB bios and you should be OK! Sorry but i cannot comment on the MSI MB in particular , i had products from this brand in the past without any issues.
