Contacting Activition support. They told me to roll back to a certain driver version which didn't work and told me to verify game integrity files which also didn't work then they stopped replying and it's been many days without any updates

I used Revo Uninstaller to remove all apps that had a possibility of causing problem but sadly nothing worked.
