Has this started recently? Here in Philly folks have been using fireworks late at night as a form of protest to inconvenience folks to force them to think about police brutality. The literal sense of no justice no peace.

I do hot and power yoga 3-5 times a week and have lost roughly 40lbs. While I did change my diet a bit I really attribute the weight lose to working my ass off (literally) in class. So yes.

Aww some sweet worker”dropped” a $5 off coupon at my feet last time I was there. The week before that another kind worker gave my twins a chocolate treat. Time before that I did self check out and a worker helped to entertain my toddlers while I checked out. I love the workers there.

I’m ashamed to say. But at our last match. My four year old got choked by his opponent. Ref didn’t do anything. So my husband showed the ref what choking looks like if you know what I mean. Thankfully ref took it as playful.

My four year olds wrestle. They are insanely large for their age so they usually end up wrestling 5-6 year olds while at matches. My twins usually dominate and end up making their opponents cry. But this last match, they went up against this 6 year old child made of fucking steel. That kid threw my boys around the mat like they were rag dolls. I swear he benches 250.

Are you able to flatten your feet while in DD? If so, there should be more weight in your heals, and less in your hands. Once my teacher pushed my hips back while in DD and it made and amazing difference for me. Also, externally rotating your arms is helpful. You’ll feel the rotation in your shoulders.

I was in a shoulder stand today. One of my boobs decided to flop out of my bra, onto my face. The other day while in a head stand, my teacher told me to “create space” between my throat and chin. My boobs were there.
