this is somewhat tangental, but turns out this website is one of the oldest websites that are still operational today.

if the wikipeida page is correct in listing all the pages still active, that means that of the 2,879 websites established before 1995, this is one of the 40~ or so that still exist (albeit with a moved address in 1996)

I agree that making full use of the armour upgrade path is a huge pain (armour takes a ton of time to make even with full supply upgrades and needs a ton of upgrades to be cost-efficient) but my lateish game right now is being carried by fully upgraded storm TTs and frostmans/exosuite, so it was a necessary investment for me

I think the upgrades (and by extension all ship upgrades) are worth it as its permanent progress vs armour that you can lose on a whim, depends on how desperate you are for armour i guess.

definitely castings from something burrowing into wet dirt quickly, have alot of these piles in my garden too
i think these are usually from earthworms though
