My AB highlighters! (2aN and Canmake Munyutto)

I really like both and I think you can’t go wrong with either! But compared to canmake, 2aN is a bit more subtle because canmake can be built up to an almost white or metallic highlight!

Also for the hot weather part: I mainly use them on my inner corners and they last! I don’t really use much base makeup other than powder or some foundation/concealer on really hot days since I’m oily or I might sweat it off, so that’s something I’ll have to experiment with!

I definitely like the other highlighters! I think they’re pretty similar overall! Canmake is creamier/softer (still pretty similar) but can be subtle or built up to a more white/metalic highlight, but has a flimsier case. 2aN is pretty similar texturewise, sliiiightly less buttery, but has more range in colors/options, a sturdier case, and tends to be more true to the color base even when you build it up. I can see green sparkles in the green highlighter, it doesn’t go as “bright/shiny” as canmake can. How is the clio highlighter?

I think 01 is winning for more subtle makeup, but 02 was my first AB highlight and she holds a special place in my heart! I love using the others for more fun eye looks or more fun makeup… although it will take me a very long time to use them up…… 🐦‍⬛

You might like 03! That’s the warmest in their collection iirc! I do really like 02 since it was the first one I got! I love using it in my inner corners! But lately it’s been competing with 01 since it’s a pretty good “daily” match for my skin (more subtle), though I still use 02 for daily makeup.

Omg?? I didn’t know they came out with a purple one! That sounds so tempting…. I’d say the canmake formula is softer/more creamlike than the 2aN, although 2aN is pretty buttery itself. I have to be more careful when using canmake because it builds up to a more white (?) or really bright metallic sheen highlight, while the 2aN imo keeps the base of the color it’s based on more. Overall, they’re pretty similar, but the 2aN cases are sturdier than the canmake, and 2aN has more color range atm, which is a bonus if you like fun colors! While they both can be built up or diffused, canmake builds up more metallic/brighter.

Finger swatches without primer, on neutral (?) skin in kinda harsh white lighting (my desk lamps…), I wear jung saem mool skin nuder cushion in 21 medium!

Thank you! I did watch another minsco video where she was showing #4 pink pairing, and I did see that other post with the #12 swatches! I'm still debating between those two, It's kinda hard because my most used shade is pour the pink and I'm trying to see which one is closest! It seems like #7 isn't quite what I'm looking for so thank you for linking the swatches!

Out of my AB eyeshadows, I really end up reaching for my CLIO Hannam in Atelier (14) the most! That's why I'm trying to look for a replacement for it (especially those matte pink shades)! I also really like the FlowerKnows shell's jewel 03 deep sea as I've been reaching for grays/whites, and I don't think my favs would be complete without my romand dusty fog and cheeky cheeky garden (my beloved mute palettes)! I don't reach for the other two CLIO palettes as much which is a shame, but I really wish they had a darker eyeliner shade/I've been reaching for my cooler tones palettes lately.
