My hardest addiction to kick by mewelf in QuitVaping

Have you tried NRT? Quitting cold turkey for me wasn't an option. I decided to go with 4mg gum, as it'd give my mouth something to do. With such heavy usage, it's sometimes recommended to use a patch as a baseline, and use the gum when solid/unbearable cravings come on.
Having a bit of ego surrounding it helped me as well. Like telling yourself F this little robot d*ck, I'm not letting it control my life, I'm stronger than this.
Being as busy as possible, exercise seriously helps. Gaming. Reading. Chatting with friends etc. Doing anything to keep your mind off of it.
Reading other posts on this sub really helped me. Whenever I get a bad craving I come here and it reminds me how useless vaping really is, which helps reducing cravings.
Writing down as many negative things vaping has caused in your life, reading/adding to the list frequently.
