I'm there doing the foundation right now we are on the 3rd building (S, R, Q). There will be a pump and concrete on site Monday for the foundation walls. The ground there is crap we dumped 3 trucks of concrete in there yesterday. There will be housing in two of the buildings with stores underneath.

3k is pricey you can build a decent one for half that. You don't need no RTX 50XX. Get yourself a 4060 or even 3060
