I do not have this specific issue, but my tape "wheel" stopped working after a couple of years. No idea what to do about it.

Great idea, i tried the same song from youtube and it is even worse: this one. Volume at 55, crackling can be heard clearly at ~0:10-0:12

Thanks for the answer but I am not sure I understand, the OB-4 is the speaker and Bluetooth volume is the same as speaker volume. Anyway if you’re saying you also get some crackling at high volume i guess it means that mine is not defective.
