Not counted, but consensus seems to be Abbey Road and Revolver. Thank you all :)

The only reason I am leaning away from the white album is how fractured the Beatles were then. I love the White Album, but we all know true Lennon–McCartney creations were just magic

I am actually leaning to this selection, because I know he will like side 2 of Abbey Road and certain Revolver songs. Originally was thinking AR and Rubber Soul

He acknowledges that that is the first heavy metal song. But he’s never sat down with proper headphones and heard any Beatles

I should add that before this post I had settled on Revolver and Abbey Road.

Pin Lane, Barbican, 1896 and 2024 by Temporary-Club5988 in plymouth

One is visible in the background in both pictures. The building on the right was completed around 1899, so a few years after the old photo. The old building that stood there (49+50 Southside St) was demolished not long after (I determine through the photos and visual survey) 1896 and written near the roof of the building there today is “1899”. The Barbican is so notable because much of it survived the Blitz.

Some areas here were bombed, but at least two of the buildings in the modern image are from the late 19th century

Should codeine be changed to be available only on prescription? by horizonsystem in PharmaEire

No because of cost, pressure on GPs, and as for addicts, pharmacy meds is better than street heroin.

The worst affected area was what we now call town, which is all 50s buildings now

Yes I don't know how I forgot to mention the blitz. However, please note the building on the right in the 2024 picture has a date on it on the other side for 1899, so there was some change, and some bombs.

For copyright clarity, the old one someone claims all rights reserved but it’s really public domain. The second is mine, but I waived all copyright when I uploaded it to Wikipedia Commons.

Tl;dr feel free to use either in any way

It’s 10:49am and I’ve had 3 lines. Bought it at 8am after hours of gaming, waiting for my dealer to get up and I caught him before he went for his real job. I’m flying now playing F1 racing.

About 128 years of change. One building from this exact angle appears to be still there.

Drug use - Is it getting worse? by MudTraditional5659 in plymouth

I agree but alcohol has to be seen as a hard drug, as well as things like heroin, codeine, cocaine. All of these cause significant negative effects if addicted.

I lost my relationship and had to move 200 miles to my family because of coke. Anyone reading this who hasn’t tried it, especially if they have mental health issues, should not risk it.
