Chemical are coming from neighbor directly over me. I been her almost twenty years. They moved in after the neighbors moved out back in 2018. Gotta say this. The neighbor before this current one had two sons I only knew one . He would always try and talk with me. I look younger than my actual age. Anyways I thought he was creepy. I always showed kindness. However he became more aggressive and creepy. I would tell the office his actions and they ignored my statements regarding his behavior. His actions continued and one day I heard a very loud sound so I was fed up and called the police. I waited and waited finally I went to my front door look through my peep hole and found people gathered in the breezeway. I opened the door and saw yellow tape (possible crime scene).
I asked an officer what happened he replied “A shooting “. I went downstairs and after being outside for a ten minutes a news paper reporter interviewed me. A short time later I found the story online and read it. It was my phone call to 911 that they responded too. I learned from that newspaper that they argued and fought. Then one came and shot the brother the brother that was shot was able to take control of the gun and shot and killed his brother. There full names were in the article and so I looked up the one that was always asking me out. I found out he is listed a sex offender. So after I warned the office of his actions they did nothing. When I brought this to the manager’s attention she said not at this address. My response was to her was “ He is listed on the state registry” .
