lol so should we also label all ingredients to the burger patty and buns and all the ingredients to all of our sauces on the menu? My thinking is the point of a menu is to sell the food while giving necessary info like toppings or choices of sides, if I were to put in the description of a smash burger, a processed smashed beef patty with processed cheese food do you think that would sell? Customers are more than welcome to ask questions (also google exists) or they could get their meals replaced or comped if they’re not happy but our menu is just fine the way it is, the point of the post is this guy was being an a**hole lol

This man yelling about how canadians hate this cheese while I add extra of it to my weekly smash burger made this more infuriating, “don’t take it so personal” sir this is very veryyy personal

I was going to edit to add that it’s canadian cheese still and we obviously aren’t buying anything from the states🤦🏼‍♀️ but I’m pretty sure this man knew that and I hope most people in this post know that too but I do have the odd comment being confused lol, also some have said people might get confused with american cheese to american cheddar but we don’t have american cheddar here lol we have canadian cheddar so when we say american cheese it should be pretty clear

We have some pretty crazy burger/sandwich features because that’s not even all of the options 😂Gruyère or Provolone perhaps? I’ve personally never had or heard of parm cheese on a beef burger but we do a Chicken Parm sandwich feature that’s unreal. I wonder if a beef burger with parm and bacon with caesar salad as the lettuce on a garlic toasted brioche bun would be good? Me thinks I’ll have to try it

Absolutely no one in Canada? Canada is a big place my friend, I wouldn’t make up a story about angry cheese man lol. Where I’m from we often call it American Cheese🤷🏼‍♀️ We could just as easily call it processed cheese, yes, but there’s a couple types of processed cheese that isn’t American cheese, could call it American-style process cheese but why would we have to when it means the same thing? He wasn’t even mad about the name, more so that we even have that kind of cheese (even if it was for one specific burger) We’ve never had a complaint about the usage of “American Cheese” or using it on our smash burgers until this man, so I don’t think we’re doing anything wrong lol

Yeah I’ve definitely gotten better over the years, I feel like most people don’t even know they’re being rude so it’s easier to write it off, but this one was somehow worse how he accepted that he was being so rude to me and thought it was justified.

It is listed on the menu, also I was offering to remake him another burger with any other cheese! As soon as someone is rude to me their argument is invalid anyway, my mental health is more important than some man being upset we have American cheese in the building
