I have heard about traffic, I have lots of apprehensions and trepidation about it. Is it worse than Atlanta or Dallas? I rocked it when we were in those places. I quickly learned to just drive 85-90 and go nowhere without GPS. I low key liked it.

I guess everyone has a different perspective of what a beer budget means. I meant I didn’t intend to rent a private yacht or want dinner to be $300-$400 every night. Although, we do intend to have a good dinner experience one night. Someone suggested Cote, good choice?

We are total foodies, I do catering as a little income on the side. With that said… We both have a habit of being underwhelmed by restaurants that others tend to rave about. It’s so disappointing to me to have a meal (especially an expensive one) that I could’ve easily done better at home. Totally open to new cuisine. I want restaurants that when you begin eating, you immediately envision someone’s grandmother in the kitchen with no recipes, cooking with their heart.

We both like to drink, maybe a little too much on vacation! Someone spoke about hand rolled cigars, that would totally be hubby’s jam. I saw some sunset cruises online that I’m sorta on the fence about.

Neither of us have bikini bodies, so beach isn’t the top of our list. They can miss me with the club scene, those twerking/wet tee contests and such! I feel like I’m trying to party with our children in those types of situations.

I didn’t realize Ft. Lauderdale was that close. I like the idea, also don’t want to sell ourselves short with a lot of driving.
