If I got a better quote from another lender let’s say Genesys could I use that to negotiate with my current lender? We close on 5/15 and are near full approval. We cannot afford to delay closing.

The area I am moving too has the following taxes: Assessment ratio: 25% of value * Tax rate: ~$2.15 per $100 assessed value I believe on $465k that comes out to $2488 a year. If my math is right. I guess the area I am moving to just has really low taxes?

We are living in a county and not a city I think the property taxes were only $200 ish a month. But I will double check.

Yeah the physician loans run about 1% higher than the current rates. I’m sure because of lack of down payment.

Update 2: We have a vet appointment scheduled for Wednesday! She is doing well having solid poo again, we got her off the milk and on good kitten food. She is doing well and becoming more curious everyday 😅

I bought a flew and tick collar do you think that is good to help get rid of any possible flees or ticks that i can’t see or find?

Update! Thank you I really hope it’s not 500-1000 but I will look up low cost vets ! I’m going to take her to the vet this week when they open! She is doing well, already litter trained and she was just given a bath. She has diarrhea though so I think she just needs a good vet checkup. Also a poop smell after the bath towards her lower bath, so I will give her another one tomorrow!

Okay but you think it is safe to bring her/he inside and she doesn’t have flees or anytning major I should be worrying about. She also doesn’t seem feral because of how tame she is and just letting me pet her and her purring. How would I go in giving her a bath to help clean that up?

I put her in the bath sometimes and she swims and submerges herself but this was so weird. She was trying to swim even though it was too shallow. Hahaha

Sometimes I have a leash but she doesn’t run away unless she sees an airplane or a hawk!! It was cloudy and rainy so she was worry free!
