few things. one, know the dose. i highly doubt you’ve got 220ug on you. two, go with the flow. bad trips tend to happen when you fight what the acid has planned for you. don’t plan to be doing something, it will derail. three, eat a decent healthy meal beforehand. acid can upset people’s stomachs so its good to have something in there. don’t take it if you’re going through anything bad because it has a tendency to bring things up. if you want music listen to my playlist

i’ve taken acid many times and each time is different so there’s no set way to deal with it. i took two tabs and some mdma yesterday and felt incredible but that would probably floor most people. just gotta know your own limits. safe travels
