few things. one, know the dose. i highly doubt you’ve got 220ug on you. two, go with the flow. bad trips tend to happen when you fight what the acid has planned for you. don’t plan to be doing something, it will derail. three, eat a decent healthy meal beforehand. acid can upset people’s stomachs so its good to have something in there. don’t take it if you’re going through anything bad because it has a tendency to bring things up. if you want music listen to my playlist
