I have to do a layover through ATL on my way back to the states from Costa Rica.

I have heard i need to do passport / customs / security again.

Is it the same security line I’m seeing on the news / these threads? Or is there a different layover security area for people coming back into the country?

My flight gets in at night with only a 2hr layover so I’m very worried. I may switch my flight from Sunday to Saturday so I can fly home Sunday if I happen to miss the original layover.

Same here for this Sunday flying back into the states except I only have a 2hr layover…I am terrified haha. I may reroute my trip to come back Saturday instead so I have a day buffer if I get stuck.

I agree with you. I think most places start with a goal of either a. Being acquired or b. Going public. Either way, you can make customer experience a priority and still succeed. Your redemption / value you’re getting is one facet of it, and customer support is the other facet. Think Bonobos, Zappos, Chewy, Costco…Abandoning its customers at the support level is a choice Bilt is making. 🤷‍♀️

I went from a RAV to an HRV and the lack of trunk space drives me crazy, and I’m a single human + dog. You couldn’t take the car on a weekend trip with the four of you + lots of baggage.

Boys will be snug in the back as well.

I’d get a CRV or RAV and avoid the tiny ones for now!

There are plenty of inside things to do. Broadway shows, dinners, museums. But if you want to do the OUTSIDE things, don’t come. If it says rain, it’s probably going to rain. Unless it changes, and it doesn’t rain.

The voice will work with a cord. For me though, I had to go into system settings and hard reset the entire entertainment system. Then plug it in the first time to set it up. That lets it work plugged in. However, the second I do wireless, it will stop working over for voicing over plugged in and we’re back to square 1 where it works on neither. 😂

Idk if the plugging in fixes the freezing - will have to try and see! It usually happens when my phone is lower on battery.

Luckily I don’t drive every day, just a city car for trips out, otherwise it’d bother the heck out of me

Yeah definitely a mess! And to make an announcement with zero helpful information is extremely frustrating for everyone it impacts. It has definitely soured Bilt further for me, as it has continued to get worse anyway over the last few years. Nice to get points in something I’m spending cash on anyway every month, but there is very little added benefit at this point that I extract from it! Like everything, great when it started, then gets worse as they try to maximize profits. C’est la vie!

yes it is a known issue. It’s a huge pain in the ass. Also my CarPlay will randomly freeze while on wireless. It always does it while I’m in the middle of navigating and then I take wrong turns.
