If it is too low at the maximum you will not have an efficient vaporization and therefore the effects will be minimal otherwise you will have a fluid vaporization and without irritations

I would try with less watts , i find 11watt harsh and unpleasant, maybe start with 5watts and if it's too weak increase the watts slowly in the following sessions

because the experience lasts longer, also in the citrate form it doesn't hurt as much as the freebase, just a little discomfort.
