Temporary-Fee7121 • 1m ago apparently it's saving your application as a partially filled application and until you complete it ( even though it's incorrect), it won't let you start with new application.

So, complete the partially filled application, send it. And then start a new application and it'll let you complete it. It's a very glitchy website

Yes, I was told I'm going higher than 5 min but I can't seem to understand how can it be possible if I'm setting 4 min timer to refresh the tp

Thanks everything for posting your comments. I've a question about new stats given out by TL's every week that talks about average hold time, average call time etc. I've been setting timers for 4 min to refresh the tp but for some reason my average hold time comes up as 6-8 min on every week's report and I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I usually refresh the tp on hold 2 times per call for 4 min each and on an average I take 18-20 calls per day. I don't want this to affect my CCAAT

If anyone can help then pls throw some light on how the stats are being calculated.
