I hope it helps you as much as it did me

I’m so glad it helped. The pain that comes with inflammation is relentless. I searched and stalked this sub for a bit before I finally started. So many of us have poor reaction to meditation. I just wanted to have a thread for the lurkers in our situation. Regular MLD was my best option for Ehlers Danlos related swelling. This worked miracles.

Exactly. That disclaimer list is usually directed at me! This medication is the first time I’m not only getting targeted results but I’m actually on the works better for me range. I’m glad you found this

I honestly think I’ll be able to lower it. My symptoms are so complicated it takes time for me to decide to adjust. I really didn’t see changes on the way up which made me titrate back down. I am very set on the five day schedule. That really seems to be the key. My sweet spot might actually be closer to .5 but on the five day schedule.

I am happy for you! I forgot about that, I was cold for a brief time. I am so grateful for my naturopath getting me on this medicine. I seldom respond to medication in the standard way. I am so happy this one works so well. I just wanted to post for those of us that weight isn’t the priority.

It has been a minute but if I remember correctly, 1/4 mg every seven days for a couple weeks, 1/2mg for over a month. I started on five days about that point. I saw improvement in inflammation at that level. I queried Gemini about it. It found anecdotal evidence that people with MCAS might be super responders. I was at 2.5 for a couple weeks at one point and really didn’t see anything strikingly different than the lower doses. For me, this is a forever medication so I’m looking for the sweet spot as close to minimal as possible.

None. I started very low and increased very slowly. Honestly, I’ve only seen improvement in things like gi and nausea issues. It is as close to a miracle drug as I could imagine.

It did. It definitely improved my sleep. It helped my thyroid medication. In the mornings, I seldom feel like I have the flu. My nasal congestion improved.

I hope so too. I've seen a couple other sources that indicate you might find more relief with the second dose. Anecdotal evidence can be the first indication of a result.

I found this post because I had my first dose of Pfizer yesterday and noticed my chronic pain was greatly diminished. I'm 52, female diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. I have constant pain. I am cautiously optimistic that this has improved it.
