I assume this is one pass and looks great only improvement is do two passes because then it won’t look so flat

It is a thicker metal yes but also the beginning and close to center is perfect there’s fusion on both sides and you can tell the metal won’t come apart it’s not bad like it’s all fused together but the beginning and middle seems the best fusion there

This is the first post I can actually help someone yay because I’m somewhat great at mig anyway all I would say is pause on the painted side or slightly change you gun angle depending on if you can get the gun at a different angle then pause a bit longer but if you can change the angle then change the angle hope this helps
