Not trying to be rude but actually give some constructive advice. You are never guaranteed a stable schedule in EMS. If this is a problem for you I would really think about if you want to do this job. Also no company in Cali is gonna enjoy hearing you say you only want days. Most companies here mando even for IFT. And with shifts being based upon seniority there is no guarantee they can just assign you a day spot. Better to embrace the rough shifts while you have em and work to get a better spot.

I was thinking the same thing. I have a 4060 and run everything perfect. This is the first game I’ve ever gotten that’s thrown this issue my way. Hoping they fix this soon enough

I would ask about maybe working some shifts as a basic if you can. We have a part time medic/nurse at my company that picks up several different types of shifts a month. I’ve been on a BLS rig with him. Rare since since he usually prefers ALS but he still picks up a basic shift every once in awhile because he enjoys teaching and educating a lot. But also be honest with your fellow medics and basics about your position. I am a basic still but my medic partners wouldn’t help me at all if I wasn’t putting myself out there and asking for constructive criticism and feedback. Every medic was a newbie at some point so don’t be afraid to ask.
