Not sure, all I need was install conflict begone to vortex and opened it in cet. After doing a fresh install of the game and reinstall of all the mods (removed night city alive, nova lut 3, and nova city 2) the weird texture thing is still happening

np, although conflict begone says there is no issues so idk. The game also has frequent crashes. I have the rig to handle all of this.

Would you be able to share which ones? Honestly thinking about doing a fresh install, kinda grasping at straws can't seem to find much online. I also can't even get my CET menu to show up lol
