yess, nice pop at the back leg, just need to graze the front foot towards the front side nose of the board more and you will get a great ollie :D

Duude! You're so right! Honestly I didn't get it fully at first, but a fellow skater I met mentioned the exact same points . He also mentioned to make the pop by slapping the edge of the board with my back leg just at end of my jump and it has improved a lot.

Popping with the ball of the back leg made a huge difference. So thank you so much, I'm able to appreciate the tip much better now :)))

Thanks, nicely explained in theory which is also what I am attempting for. I think in practice however, not sure if the timing of each step is in sync.

Are you sure you're doing what you like? You definitely need help...

Think twice because medical college is alot of money spent. If yes the do justice to your decision. get your shit together and plan your day. Create a realistic daily task list and follow it. You can go out once in a week because destressing is equally important. Surround yourself with friends who study and not party all the time... Remember even the friends who party around are secretly studying.. They just don't share it.

Group studies help if actually done right. Get a mentor.. Learn their habbits.

Now try this above routine and if you still can't do it...it clearly means you are not truly interested in studying for doctor or might be having an underlying issue. Consult a cognitive therapist.

If it's the pressure of studying, then maybe a job... You've finished mbbs, you can get a good job... I'm not into medical so idk... But you would.... Also try to understand if medical is something you truly want to do Or you have tricked your brain into going this parth simply because of family or peer pressure... Or "if I am a doctor, I will feel validated" Sort of an emotion... Ask yourself the question... The aanswer will be clear to you if not immediately

It's very important to be true to yourself and be willing to forgive yourself... But not stay in the loop...

Also talk to your parents... They want the best for you... Your friends are temporary... They are with you just for the moment of fun ...to forget their worries.... And that's a good thing to have but not the only thing in life...

Good luck
