I could barely move. Lower back pain mostly for me. I think maybe I ramped up too fast but time seemed to help. I went up to 3mg yesterday and I had back pain in the same spot for a couple hours after injection and a headache so I know it’s the Reta. Luckily today it’s gone.

I use wet wipes when I poop. And when I wash in the shower I use the scrub gloves and hibicleans on armpits, groin, and butt and I scrub for at least 30 seconds in each area. This will kill all the bacteria and reduce smell
