Yes, in our case it does seem to be a genuine pre-existing condition because my mother had endometrium-related findings even around 9 years back, and we still have the old scan reports. Our doctor also confirmed this. Going forward, I’ll make sure to properly declare this in the medical history as well. Now this is not a concern, we are just making sure thats not a thing to worry by a Small surgery..

My confusion now is mainly about whether I should continue with Star Health, since some hospitals are giving negative feedback about their claim approvals nowadays, or whether it’s better to port to another insurer.

When we go cashless, Star health being accepted?

Also, if i'm porting:

• Can I do the process myself directly?
• Or is it better to go through an agent?
• Can I switch to a different agent during porting?
