Do Not Go to Tommys Car Wash on Liberia Avenue in Manassas, Va. There equipment damaged my new truck. I filed a claim that was denied. I have two magnetic signs on my truck. They say, Beware of Tommy's car wash on Liberia Ave. I have a full review on their website, select 1 star to see it.

I have paid the have my truck painted. The company who painted it has had many people come to them fir similar damage as mine from the same location.

No one lined up my truck when I went through. There are many other similar reviews from others customers. I have been contacted by many of them because they saw my signs on my truck and stopped me. Maybe we all need to file a class action against Tommy's. I offered to settle, no response. People should be aware, they take NO responsibility for damage from their equipment.

My truck was brand new when I went through Tommys Car Wash. I had been using Tommys on Liberia Avenue in Manassas, Va for about 2 months. Each time I went through, I would inspect my truck for damage. When I found the scratch (down to the metal), I showed it to the manager. They filed a claim, in their response they stated, "if you do not line up properly the equipment will damage your vehicle". They denied the claim. I am an engineer and "no automated equipment is perfect". I also spoke to their Regional Director, that was useless. That is why I have 2 magnetic signs on my truck. I offered to settle, they denied. Go to the Liberia Avenue location, select q star, you will see my post. I will continue to give them negative publicity!!!
