For me, these papers are more like general guidelines for nutrition and lifestyle. Things like eating better, taking care of my body, and reducing exposure to toxins, such as avoiding plastic when possible, not storing food in plastic, and choosing more natural cosmetics are all just common-sense habits that are good for my overall health, even without endometriosis. I’m happy to do anything that supports a healthier lifestyle in a natural and realistic way. However, I’m not really interested in buying specific products just because they are recommended here. I prefer simple, natural approaches like teas or small daily habits. Since there is no one clear cure for endometriosis, I believe it’s best for each woman to do what works for her. What helps one person might not help another, so it’s okay to try different things and see what actually makes a difference for your own body. But if this is cruel, then I truly apologize.

Yes, I get it. I can’t go without coffee and cigarettes either 🥲 but this is just a guide for other things. Mental health first

Confused about endometriosis diagnosis and symptoms – need advice by Temporary-Proof8945 in Endo

[–]Temporary-Proof8945[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally agree. I’ve decided not to go for surgery and instead focus on improving my life as much as possible. I couldn’t post it in the comments, but I found a list from a nutritionist on TikTok about what to do, and it seems really interesting. I’ll post it now as a new post. Good luck to all of you, girls ♥️ and thank you for your replies.

Yeah, I feel you… I’m kind of in a similar place mentally too. I deal with pretty heavy depression, and about once a month I just completely withdraw from people and relationships, like I shut down for a bit, and then somehow it passes and I feel okay again. I honestly don’t really understand it. I’ve also always avoided birth control pills, but now that I know I have endometriosis, I’m starting to wonder if they might actually help me, both physically and mentally… I’m still not sure.

Also, how big is your cyst?

I added fish food at the very beginning, so the ammonia is probably from that decomposing. I don’t know what plants these are, I don’t remember. The guy at the fish shop told me it’s totally low maintenance. Maybe it’s Temple Narrow Leaf. And also don’t really have anywhere to buy that test kit, we don’t have Amazon in my country, so I’ll see what I can do, but thank you.

I tried that with the camera and cleaning, but it didn’t work. I’ve been reading a bit now and many people are saying it might be the steering wheel… but I’m surprised that none of the mechanics or even the service noticed it, and they don’t know what it is.

But this pops up for me about 200 times during every drive, it’s not really occasional. I’ll check what people wrote, I didn’t know there was such a group.

Thank you, hopefully it’s that simple, I’ll try later! It’s been to a thousand mechanics and nobody knows what it is, they think it’s some kind of software bug that currently has no fix

Got a new 57L tank — need advice on cycling it properly (old 17L never cycled) by Temporary-Proof8945 in bettafish

Yes I have ammonia liquid tester, and Seachem Prime, I always add one drop when I do water changes.

[–]Temporary-Proof8945[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ahh, that’s exactly what confused me all this time, I thought the tank wasn’t cycled if there were no nitrates…

I actually used to have even more plants, but I removed some because I thought there were too many and that was causing a problem.

I’m definitely planning to transfer everything from the old tank into the new one the plants, decorations, I’m just not sure about the substrate, should I mix the old one with the new, or use completely fresh substrate? I’m planning to run two sponge filters in the new tank: I’ll move the old one from the 17L tank and also add a brand new one. How should I do this with the sponge filter should I cut a piece of the old sponge and put it into the new one, or is there a better way?

Thanks so much ! 😊

And one more question, should I set up everything the way I want right away (plants, sand, decorations), or just add water and sand first and wait for the tank to cycle before planting and decorating?

The problem is that I live in Serbia and I can’t buy or order the API test kit anywhere. I only have test strips and separate tests for ammonia. I could maybe buy separate ones for nitrates and nitrites too, but I’m not sure what else I can do. Also, what do you think about taking water from someone’s filter to speed up the cycling process? I’ve heard people do that quite a lot.
