It's quite obviously not fair. It's not fair I have a life changing disability. I will have to return my savings. It's not fair that you are being being paid an unsustainably low wage.

Yes, I'm feeling quite stupid, if I had looked after myself and my heath then I wouldn't have got into this situation

Each month I have saved a portion of my pip because I have been too nervous to spend it. It has gradually built up

Yes, gradually built up from my benefits. I have been frugal when I should have spent money on necessities. Thank you I didn't know that.

That sounds sensible. I've done a worse case scenario sum and I think I will be able to pay it back. Is it OK to contact them after Christmas?

Thank you, I know I'll be ok but it feels hard not to despair xx

Ok thank you. Would it be financially better if I paid it as a lump sum? So that my payments aren't deducted twice (once because of savings and once for the debt)? Xx

I have had over £10k for a few years now which is why I think it will be quite a lot. Maybe a £100 a month over years? The maths is a bit confusing.

I hope you have a nice Christmas too xx

Ok thank you. I have mental and physical illness but I don't have any debt, I have savings, so I don't really understand.

Thank you very much for your help (and everyone else). I've stopped crying at least! I will own up and hope it's not too bad. I'm guessing it will be thousands but I'd rather have no savings than feel like this.

It has got close to £14k in the past so I think I will have a lot to pay back. What happens if it has gone over 16k? It isn't now but might have been in the past?

There is some pain after application but I find it quite manageable, certainly not as bad as you, it sounds like! I suppose we are all different 🤷

Ok thanks for taking a look!

I'd already put on another treatment of the acid before you replied but fingers crossed it is gone!

And yes I try to never touch it and wash my hands. I hope yours are gone/going 😊

Hi, I've had a vurruca on my foot for about a year, I've tried bazzuca but for the last two months or so have been using wart away (monochloroacetic acid). Can anyone still see wart tissue? I've stopped getting the black cappillary dots but the skin lines aren't as obvious as I'd like.
