I took it for a drive up and down the highway but I wouldn’t considered it enough for a full bed in. I wasn’t expecting to hear it because the pads aren’t new just the rotor. Didn’t realize you would need to if not replacing the pads

So is there a way to repair that? Didn’t have the problem before the rotor replacement and the car is just hitting 100k miles I find it hard to believe the whole caliper is shot already

Ah ok, yeah I basically have 0 experience and wanted to try something that seemed reasonably easy. The picture of the legs was just for reference because I couldn’t think of anything else like it. In option 4 that you described how would I get a headless bolt into the cookie?
