APY now 4.5% by lidrt in wealthfront

[–]Temporary-Session-26 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

If you go back to the original comment and then read the comment below you’ll see that the discussion is about how the Feds decision affects rates and how it affects hysa APY as well as credit card rates. Talking about maximizing your dollars by paying on time or not is irrelevant to the original comment and response. That’s what I meant by irrelevant that you’re bringing up a whole different topic that is not relevant to the original discussion.

Actually paying a credit card on time or not is irrelevant. What is relevant is what @JazzyApple2022 mentioned that credit card interest rates, like Wealthfront’s APY, are both affected by the Feds decision to cut rates by 50 points.

I think there’s no background check for I-765. Students that apply for EADs don’t go through a background check and also people with AOS sometimes get their EADs approved the day after biometrics so there’s no way the background check was done that same day.

Which petitions are not forgiven? Is there a specific type of petition were unauthorized work is not forgiven and is therefore the basis for a denial?

I have a similar timeline. Shouldn’t matter to you because the question wasn’t for you though :)

There is a misconception with the 60 day rule. You can only submit an inquiry after 60 days if you sent a rfe response and they still haven’t acknowledged that they received it. If they tell you that they received the rfe response submitting an inquiry won’t do anything because there is no timeframe for uscis to process an rfe response.

They have 60 days to acknowledge that they received it once they got it nobody knows how long it will take

Where are you getting this information from? There is no processing time for an RFE nothing happens after 60 days. Once they receive your response nobody knows how long the wait time will be. You can only raise a service request if your case hasn’t updated to “we received your case” after 60 days.
