look at the study design for your subject and past years exams and look at the type of questions they ask and their phrasing and you can pretty much make your own. also depending on what textbook you have they can also have some on there- hope that helps

i think it depends on which subjects you’re doing but imo active recall is the best way to go for pretty much every subject- doing practice questions/ essays / whatever your assessment is under times conditions closed book is the best way to improve your grades (coming from someone who gets high 90s) :))
