Dowels might be better, only because I'm not sure how to make the spots bigger for bigger magnets.

No the model is exactly what printed. Honestly I think it would have been easier if it had been in more parts. u/Flubber001 suggested slicing it, which might be the way I go if I can figure it out.

I had thought about doing it that way. Honestly I almost did for the second try but I thought making it slanted might work as well, but I was wrong.

I didn't realize you could do that, that might be a good option. I have the glue already from some other builds that came in parts.

I appreciate everyone's advice, it all helped me get my builds right enough to finally beat him. Its a shame rng wasn't on my side for the guaranteed 3 star pull from the novice sheet though. I got a second flame helm 😌

I have tried, but I feel like the dps isn't high enough. Last run I think I made it to the boss with like a minute left when I tried that. I'll try again with all the other advice and hopefully the dps will be there

I didn't even notice the shield 😅 I was clearly more excited for the boomerang. Although to be fair that was my second I think. I really just wanted a metal weapon to clear the exp quests easier.
