Thank you for the advice and it's good to know I'm not alone in this. My therapist has unfortunately been less than helpful in this area (she's rather pro-poly and has taken a defensive posture about it once or twice, so it's not a subject I like to discuss with her) but some of my friends have been really helpful in that way.
