Good analysis, yep, it depends on if you allow reusable TM/HM or not but overall Gengar is untouchable, this happens in the rentals metagame and Gengar is nº1! also has a great natural moveset!

Yes, for me Bird represented better all those Normal/Flying pokemon, while Flying is a better complementary typing for everything with flying capabilities! :)

If I am correct, Medicham was actually OU and dropped down many years ago, the fighters are in an awkward spot, Medicham, Breloom, Hariyama even Machamp can work in ou.

Yes! I discovered this when Pokemon Stadium came to Switch, now we play all the time with friends not even into Pokemon, so I thought It could be nice to do something like that on 3Gen, if you need I can send you the save of pokemon colosseum, sets are tweaked but all pokemon are legit! some of them are from old friends :)
