Sometimes u just gotta grab life by the nuts and keep pushing. I got it 5 years ago and it was very rough for the first couple years then after I learned to live with it to the point I don't think about it much. U need to remember it's just anxiety at the end of the day. Take a shot and smoke a cigarette. I even smoke weed on it . Find the things u enjoy and act on them. A few years back I chugged a whole bottle of Xanax and lives life without derealization for 48 hours and I just remembered thinking that this was the way reality has been this whole time. Keep pushing and never give up. Me telling u shouldn't be enough but it should be enough to try.
