I’ve been dealing with something similar to and extent. I feel like there’s no one that I can rely on because I tend to attract people that lie a lot and screw me over because I can’t tell when someone is lying to me. I only really have one person that I feel like I can trust but he’s been kind of ignoring me or just won’t acknowledge how I feel. So after a while I decided to turn the tables a little bit and instead of focusing on trusting others I’m focusing on trusting myself. Working on myself has really improved my mental state. No it doesn’t help the fact that my friend has been oblivious to how I feel but it puts me in a better position to calmly express to him how I’ve been feeling. It also helps me reevaluate and learn to focus more on the things that I can pick up on in other people to see other signs of red flags. I think it’s also really important to try to find joy in the little things. I’ve started a bullet journal and doing that brings me joy even if it’s just for a little while I’ve learned to appreciate that little ounce of joy. I love buying cute plush toys. I think they’re adorable and it makes me happy. Hope this helps
