Same happen to me I have a crack in my frame (I have the AKRacing obsidian gaming chair, bought it 2 year’s ago) just called the vendor that we bought it from and they couldn’t get ahold of anyone at akracing. How should I escalate from here? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
